Στο πρόγραμμα του συνεδρίου περιλαμβάνονται προσκεκλημένες ομιλίες, προφορικές παρουσιάσεις και συνεδρίες αφίσας.

Οδηγίες προφορικών παρουσιάσεων

Οι παρουσιάσεις θα πρέπει να είναι σε μορφή Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt αρχεία) ή Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf αρχεία).

Τα ηλεκτρονικά αρχεία θα πρέπει να δοθούν από τον ομιλητή στο Γραφείο του συνεδρίου τουλάχιστον μια συνεδρία πριν την ομιλία του.

Προβολικό και φορητός υπολογιστής (με PowerPoint) θα είναι διαθέσιμα στην αίθουσα των διαλέξεων.

Οι κεντρικές ομιλίες θα διαρκέσουν 60 min (45 min ομιλίας και 15 min για συζήτηση).

Οι προσκεκλημένες ομιλίες θα διαρκέσουν 30 min (25 min ομιλίας και 5 min για συζήτηση).

Οι προφορικές παρουσιάσεις θα διαρκέσουν 15 min (13 min ομιλίας και 2 min για συζήτηση).

Οδηγίες παρουσιάσεων σε αφίσα

Οι αφίσες θα πρέπει να αναρτηθούν κατά το πρώτο Διάλειμμα και να απομακρυνθούν μετά την τελευταία συνεδρία της ημέρας.

Οι διαστάσεις των αφισών θα πρέπει να είναι μέχρι 1 m x 1 m.

Οι παρουσιάσεις θα πρέπει να είναι ξεκάθαρες και εύκολα αναγνώσιμες. Το μέγεθος των χαρακτήρων θα πρέπει να είναι αρκετό για να μπορούν αν αναγνωστούν από απόσταση 2 - 3 μέτρων. (Τουλάχιστον 1 cm για το κείμενο και 2.5 cm για τους τίτλους).

Σχεδιάστε την αφίσα ώστε να δίνεται ένα σαφές μήνυμα προς τον αναγνώστη.

Μην τοποθετείται πολλές πληροφορίες που προκαλούν σύγχυση στον αναγνώστη.

Οι καλύτερες προφορικές ομιλίες και οι παρουσιάσεις σε αφίσα θα βραβευθούν.
